TALLY HO by Robert Taylor - Signed by 53 Royal Air Force pilots & Lufwaffe Fighter pilots of World War II.
A stunning collection including the main print showing 92 Squadron (The highest scoring Spitfire squadron) defending London, England.
The wonderful print shows RAF flight leader Brian Kingcombe, and wingman Geoffrey Wellum, who both signed , among many others. (As featured in film:"First Light")
This print has been signed by the last of "The Few". Who bravely defended England in the Battle Of Britain.
Originally signed by the artist Robert Taylor and Battle of Britain Spitfire pilot Brian Kingcombe.
After an additional twelve signing sessions and airshows, an additional 52 signatures were added from pilots (mainly who fought in the Battle of Britain including Luftwaffe fighter pilots Gunther Rall - the 3rd highest ever-, Hans Ekkehard Bob and Hans Hajo Herrmann).
Sadly these pilots are no longer with us.
In excellent condition. There maybe some tiny marks around outer border from signings on the border only.
