The Dam Busters DAMBUSTERS Barnes Wallis signed book - and Guy Gibson "Enemy Coast Ahead" book

Lovely rare "Dam Busters" 1952 paperback book signed by Barnes Wallis on inside page....PLUS Guy Gibson "Enemy Coast Ahead" autobiography !
The signature was obtained on 30/11/71 by the original proud owner, who as a young boy scout, won a competition, and visited Barnes Wallis house as his prize.
The date of the visit and signing is lightly written underneath in pencil. (could easily be removed, but kept it exactly as received for provenance). The book itself is published by Pan Books, and dated 1952.
There is a Pan book sticker on the front and a collectors note page affixed inside. Pages show usual slight discolouring with age, and signs of wear and tear, otherwise in nice condition.
The Barnes Wallis photo in his studio, has been shown from the actual book. There are other photos included in the book.
Condition is not perfect, but this is a mega rare piece of Dam Busters history !

Comes with vintage Guy Gibson autobiography "Enemy Coast Ahead". (unsigned) which is Gibsons own account of the raids in WW2, and was highly praised by many for his exciting, and descriptive writing.
